  As good as any other marble slab you'll find. It is in a popular location so the line will be pretty long. it could be a little cleaner or better decorated.

  Endless wait, poor management and no organization behind the counter. Our server had no clue and just walked off when I asked a couple questions. Contacted the owner (frachisee) no response. Go get a Starbuck's instead.

  The ice cream was good, but the service was terrible. It was my first time there so I walked up to the ice cream display on the left to see their selection. There was no one behind or ahead of me, so I didn't see a problem not getting in line right away. Then the girl with Red colored hair rudely tells me to get into the other line. I told her I was just looking at their selection, but she repeated I needed to get in the other line. I was caught off gaurd by her attitude and asked why I needed to get into the other line if I was looking at their selection. I wanted to walk out immediately, but I'd promised my daughter some ice cream, and felt bad not following through. Definitely not returning.

  This is a great place to get ice cream. And you can get it and make it into any kind of concoction you can think of. You can add nuts, gummies, syrups, all kinds of stuff. The ice cream is great, all the toppings are wonderful, and if you can't have a good time here, there's something wrong with you. Come on in, I think you'll like it.
