  Hurt my leg. Decided to schedule an appointment with my doctor, Darlene Alfieri so that I could get a referral for an MRI. She called out the day of my appointment. The pain was unbearable so I came in as a walk-in. I was told by staff that I could not be seen at all. I came back the next day. I asked the staff if there was any way I could see Dr. Alfieri and that the pain was so intense it was difficult for me to sleep. She told them to tell me, she was too busy. The staff recommended me to reschedule another appointment which was a month away. A week went by, finally one of the staff members took a look at my knee. I was told to wait it out and see. Ended up having to go to urgent care because I didn’t trust the recommendation. Luckily, Urgent care gave me the MRI referral three weeks later. The MRI results reveal I reptured my patellar tendon and that I needed surgery. The wait time complicated my surgery and has made things difficult for me now. Please if you have read my story don’t go there. I know it’s close and convenient for you but it’s really not worth it and here’s why. Its a small facility to begin with. Just a handful of doctors. In addition, Dr. Gonzales doesn’t work on fridays which stagnates the availability making your wait time longer.

  If I could give them zero stars I would have. I love Dr. Alfieri but this office is the worst. They never pick up their phone and you can't get in touch with them to do anything. Avoid this practice at all costs!

  The clerks need a bit more polishing but my Dr., Dr. Alfieri is a super star. She is excellent... Dr. Alfieri has a wonderful way with the patient. She is professional, careing and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain your test results and educates you on the best options. I wouldn't change her for the world.

  I really liked my pediatrician dr Murray for my two little ones but trying to get an appointment over the phone is beyond ridiculous. The staff who answers the phones are rude, ghetto, and have terrible attitudes. I cannot handle it

  One star cause I couldn't give no stars. Absolutely the worst place you could ever go to. Both my GYN and PCP were great doctors who one day up and left and no one was able to tell me that. You'd think you were asking for heroine or freaking crystal meth when you call to get a refill for a prescription. Absolutely NOT a fan of this place. I had been going there for at least 15 years and finally left after both my favorite doctors left. DO NOT GO HERE... Do yourself a favor. Dr. Gonzalez is the worst btw. Also all doctors are always overbooked - wait time there is at least an hour and a half if you don't have the first appt of the day.
