  If I could give 0 stars, i would. these guys are the cleaners for the concierge at my building in Peter Cooper Village. I sent them my favorite button down shirt to dry clean, and it comes back with tears all over the fold of the collar - the part that shows above the suit collar. has 6 serious tears. I ask them to replace the shirt, and they tell me that its normal wear and tear - they take no responsibility, they offer nothing in return. Never use a dry cleaner that won't fix the damages they make - they are making money hand over fist with their inflated rates and should be responsible and reimburse their customers when they make a mistake. Shame on them.
