  He is a thief bottom line. Stated he would finish my basement for a set price. Took a down payment, then all he did was 1 paint of coat and a little spackling. The job he did was not even good, left everything a mess and all light fixtures and outlet fixtues off and glue and spakle all over the floor. Gave some excuse that his helper left to another Country. My God was a DISASTER!!!!!!! BE AWARE
