  Good little shop. Has much more than I thought. Employees are always helpful. Much better than a trip to H depot.

  This place is expensive, and while they're happy to take your money, customer service is zero if you have any issue. The owner is not only unhelpful but condescending. Treat customers with disrespect, and they'll never shop at your store again. It's a simple concept. There are much better options, like East Moriches hardware just 5 minutes away.

  John the owner is very helpful. Bill his assistant manager is knowledgeable and they have high quality merchandise. Why bother to drive to the big box stores and deal with someone who has no ownership in the operation. Most employees at the big boxes seem to pretend they are busy when you need assistance yet the cashier lines are not that busy. Shop locally with a reputable firm. Thanks John keep up the good work.
