::Tucked away on a quiet street, the breakfast is delectable. Quiet and quaint makes it feel like mama's kitchen. Had the Homestyle grit, with a coffee, not a better way to start the day. Also great background soundtrack, they know what's up!

::This is a cute, quaint neighborhood place, no doubt catering to the AirBnb'ers. I live in this neighborhood and I can say that this place has gone down hill when it comes to service since it first opened a few years ago. They seem to have changed management a few times and have trouble keeping front counter people. Every few times I go in there, there is always someone new, who has no real idea what customer service is. Some really don't know how to speak to people or even handle the phone properly. I was kept on hold for 14minutes, the person never came back to check on me! I was still on hold when I walked to the cafe and the man at the front wasn't busy at all! he told me that after a long hold time, it goes to vm, which it didn't. How am I as the customer supposed to know that. All he could do was apologize insincerely that he forgot about me. Some of the people at the counter are so young and inexperienced, one of them didn't even say Manny's when answering the phone. I had to ask if this in fact was Manny's , he was young and quiet. That's when I realized that Manny's has inexperienced clueless people up front and answering the phones. I like my neighborhood spot, but come on Manny's, show a little care, will ya?!

::Super cute! Great spot for Sunday brunch but it is cozy so can be very busy. Grits, eggs, salads, and crazy great coffee.

::Please people, read the 1 star reviews!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Maybe a negative, even. This used to be a great place - now I have no idea what happened. As many others have posted, it has seriously gone downhill. We ordered burgers and got home to find soggy bread instead. I called the restaurant - first time they answered and just hung up - second time the counter guy just tells me he’s out of buns. Didn’t want to tell me? Oh, nope. Then recommends I bring them back, no talk of a refund of any apology. Then he hung up of me, again. We just through the food in the trash and ordered shake shack. It’s frustrating because this place was once really great. They (the managers) have hired a few idiots and it’s dragging the place down. I recommend - as do a bunch of other people - you just go somewhere else. There are far too many other restaraunts and cafes around the area now to treat customers how you’ll see they do here.

::The food is carefully and wonderfully made from scratch. They put real time and effort into making quality dishes. Unfortunately the price reflects this a little to drastically. I never leave spending less than $22 on a meal with coffee. The music and astetic are very pleasing.
