  VERY SATISFIED! Great rugs, good prices, high quality, fast delivery, GREAT SELLER! Bought 2 Oriental Rugs from them Monday, and they arrived 2 days later! Great customer service and responsiveness when I submitted questions about the rugs. Will definitely come here again when looking for high quality rugs at fair prices!

  This is where you need to buy your rug (s)! They have have the most immense and gorgeous selection! The staff is beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. They are willing to take back your rug (if you aren't satisfied) and trust me you will leave with a better one! Absolutely wonderful company. I just purchased a gorgeous, well made rug that adds such beauty to my home!!!

  Not trustworthy. One of two rugs ordered was over a foot smaller in width than dimensions listed on website. I returned the rug. While re-packaging a mislabeled rug is inconvenient, I would say no big deal if merchant refunds your money once the rug is returned. Unfortunately, the owner gave me the runaround, said he refunded the rug cost to AMEX (he didn't), complained about AMEX fees on the phone (yes, we all know smaller merchandisers don't like AMEX, so don't take it). Avoid.
