  My Lyft driver completely failed to drop me off with my two boxes in front of the facility, but I called and the manager, Delroy Campbell, came out with a cart to help me bring my boxes to the location. Had it not been for their excellent customer service, I would've had no choice but to leave one box all the way down the block and hope that nobody would steal it. They're perfect for storing your college/dorm items if you are going home for the summer!

  The staff is always very helpful. Rafael was helping us recently, and he was outstanding. This is a very clean and orderly building.

  The facility itself is great, very clean and secure; but the staff really makes this place exquisite! Every time they're SO friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

  The firm misrepresented the size of the locker and I had no alternative but to purchase a larger unit at a higher cost. Beware - a 4 foot (48 inch) high locker doesn't hold a 47 inch high box. Update: The manage of the facility contacted me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Aside from this issue, my experience with the firm was very positive.

  Great facility. Very big. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Upon signing up for a storage unit as well as buying packing/shipping supplies to move apartments, Ravie was extremely helpful and accommodating. Appreciate it and would recommend to anyone.
