  For the price, it is a steal. The apartments are old, not glamorous but have great spa inspired showers. The management is on top things and maintenance usually responds quickly. Pest control is always sent out as needed to upkeep the building, but of course it also depends on your home and your neighbors cleanliness. Neighbors are alright. No real complaints except some nights there may be loud music or talking as apartments usually have some. The grounds are kept clean and it is gated. Parking needs to be re evaluated for tenants.
