  This place is terrible. I have a wrap. Very simple: I need to go to a hand wash, no wax, no tire shine. The first time through the tunnel they did not use a brush, which is fine, but the car was filthy when it came out. Oh and they sprayed triple wax on the car despite the owner, and to worker saying they would not. Once the manager so how filthy the car still was he had me send the car back through the tunnel this time they use the brush and knocked off my radar detector pick up. When I reminded them not to use wax they gave me an attitude. This time through the tunnel no wax be sprayed but the damage was already done they ruined my wrapped with the wax. What went in as satin dark gray is now a gloss wrap oh but only where the car wasn't dirty. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a car wash.

  I want to ask the owner, Do you really think 2 men with 2 mittens is going to wash a dirty car at a speed that you set for the car to pass by. I say never. Cars are just getting wet with soap then rinsed. My rims were filthy after the wash!

  Went for a car wash had a unhappy experience. I brought their lighthouse club plan but today my second row mat is a bit of dirty so I upgraded to exclusive wash. So instead of charging me the club price difference, the owner claim is fair to charge me the regular price which is $10 more instead of club member difference of $5; also there is tax on top of the price. Seriously, after using them for years, they don’t do a clean job for the money we paid anyways. I go because the manage Jay is always friendly and nice. After this issue, I will finish using my club card and never again.

  Stole property from the car! Had to “track it down” and gave no valid excuse for stealing from the car. Be very careful here. Offered no apologies.

  Probably the worst car wash in the country. Certainly the worst customer service in the country. Tell me why I had to clean my own car with the staffs materials after it had been serviced. And when I confronted the woman who I believe was one of the owners that my car was no where near properly cleaned, she quite literally looked at me with complete and total confusion. As if I turned from human to giraffe before her eyes. No solution was provided, no assistance, nothing. I refuse to believe it could have been that hard to instruct your staff to go over what was incomplete. But nope, too confused by life it seems. Very poor experience. Head up the road to great neck car wash pay half the price and leave with a like new car. Trussssst.
