  MFC is not for the weak of heart, I love this place, its so REAL !!! The trainers are so Good, the staff is so friendly and the prices are real Fair.. Michaela Young is the best trainer, she is Amazing !! I love this GYM

  Had a customized private class for our sports with friends. Awesome facility. Feels like our own gym. That hour the gym is to ourselves.

  Clean facility with lots of equipment and assistance. Amazing atmosphere and coaching/training. Highly recommend personal training. Wouldn't be in the shape I am in without the trainers there!

  I dig this place. Its not loud and flashy, its small and intimate, but has everything you need for serious training. The staff knows their stuff too.
