::Mang'oh is my peaceful oasis in nyc! It is the only yoga studio I have stuck to and still love more than ever since I joined 3 years ago. I try to go as often as possible. The instructors are all great, very knowledgeable and take the practice very seriously in an unpretentious yet grounded in the philosophy of yoga practice. I love that Erica the owner has a background in dance, so all of her classes are very fluid with an amazing playlist. The way we learn to have beauty and grace in our asanas teach us to incorporate that into our daily lives. So needed living in nyc!!

::A great studio that offers a variety of classes for all levels. It has a very personal character and it is improving constantly based on the needs of the practitioners. I love the lunchbox classes that are tailored for those ones who want to practice during their work hours.

::Mang'Oh is such an inviting studio. A very peaceful atmosphere, excellent staff, and thoroughly trained teachers. I am always recommending this studio to friends and family of all yogi stages!

::I’ve often referred to mang’Oh as “my happy place” when asked where I practice. The studio has recently updated its decor making it a beautiful and tranquil escape from the noisy midtown east streets. The class offerings are varied and staggered throughout the day and evening so I can take a gentle class if I’m in need of nurturing, or a vinyasa class when I’m looking for a challenge. There is a great mix of knowledgeable and encouraging teachers who incorporate music that syncs into the background without intruding the creative flow. I always leave feeling relaxed, challenged, and grateful to be part of the mang’Oh community. ~Namaste

::The yoga instructor was extremely rude when I came to discuss pricing and schedule. I was treated horribly. The friend who was with me and who was new to yoga was shocked. What happened with 8 limbs of yoga? I left the studio promising myself never come back. They basically lost two customers. I am also not sure how people take yoga teacher training there. Is nastiness a part of this training too?
