We did the Italian food tour and it was perfect! The tour guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the restaurants and Dupont's history. The food was delicious, and it was a nice amount of walking and eating time. It doesn't leave you extremely full, but it is the perfect amount! Also, some proceeds go towards the local homeless shelter- which I think is a fantastic use of money!

So I've done other food tours, and this was quite disappointing. We only did 4 tastings, and one of them was a free olive oil tasting. The last was a cookie in a bag. Our guide didn't really know much about the area and definitely didn't know the food. Wander around and find some food yourself, and you'll spend less and have more fun.

I had a mind blowing experience with Mangia Food Tours. The guides blew me away with their astonishing eloquence and knowledge of the restaurant. I went on the tour as a field trip with my Hospitality and Tourism class at Ballou High School and while teaching us the history of the area, they also taught us the importance of creating relationships with other companies. Overall I had an amazing experience and hope that other people will soon have an opportunity to do the same.

Mangia DC was a amazing experience and I recommend everyone to take the tour if you can. Manga showed us how wonderful it was to travel and taste new foods or appetizers. My experience will always have me coming back to mangia. GO MANGIA DC!

I like the Mangia food tour because I experienced a lot of new food I wouldn't have eaten. I would recommend it to others because its a new way to meet new people and eat different foods from different cultures.
