  The food THAT I RECEIVED was good. Placed a DoorDash, everything about my order was wrong. From missing breadsticks(which was probably the delivery driver who knows) BUT also I went out of the way to be over descriptive on how I wanted my two pizzas and they were just inexplicably WRONG. Like it was done on purpose or something. I don’t hate the pizza from here(although small) kinda tasty and a good price but this establishment needs to know my experience and accept it and work on themselves as a company if they really care. Sincerely, very local, repeat customer and avid pizza lover.

  Currently staying in a hotel in which they slide flyers under the door practically every other day. Figured I would give them a try. Flyer says they open at 4pm. I called at 5pm to place an order for delivery. When I told them where I was, I was told they don't have anyone to deliver here and it's too busy with traffic. Taking my business elsewhere.

  I am only giving one star because I can't give zero. My husband and I are staying right down the road at the quality inn. Around midnight last night we ordered 2 sides and a pasta. Very simple order. Payed online. I called three times in the first hour and a half, and each time was told by the guy answering phones that it was on the way. Finally at 3:15 am I called again and a new guy answered. I explained that I had already paid for my order and had not received it. He hung up on me!!! It took 4 more calls before he answered again. This time he YELLED that the delivery driver had tried to call me an hour before and it was my fault. I had received no calls; my phone was with me the whole time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I cannot believe that are allowed to speak to people like he spoke to me when I simply inquired about the order I had already paid for. Terrible customer service and terrible wait times IF you even get your food.

  I don't generally write reviews, but after returning to this spot time and time again, I figured it is the least I could do. I've found this pizza spot to be the best in ybor. They have great prices and better food. $5.99 for 2 slices and a can of soda is a special yet unmatched by the competition and that says nothing of the service, which is impeccable. I'm always greeted with enthusiasm, a smile, and friendly recognition that keeps me coming back anytime the mood for pizza strikes me. Don't take my word though, I'm just some random chump on the internet; check it out for yourself, you won't regret it.
