::Manager rude and incompetent; I wanted to return merchandise for store credit because I didn’t have the receipt, then she made me look up the date of purchase, fine, at which point after she told me that I can’t even exchange the same shoes for the correct size. I’ve easily resolved similar issues at other stores and even other Mandee’s. Poor customer service and experience.

::During the last couple of months the clothes were $10! I was loving it. Unfortunately now they are not. I usually am a late walk in because I get off work late..and they don't even bother me when's it's closing. They just keep on with their duties and help me if I ask. Such an improvement

::Clothes are nice and the sales are amazing but the rude employees just ruin the store for me. They complain all the time in front of customers, get impatient, and I had a cashier roll her eyes at me and mumble when I went to return an item. Im going to a different location for now on. The atmosphere is really uncomfortable.

::I had purchased dresses online for Black Friday 2016. I realized that I had purchased two of the same dress. My clothes came with NO invoice. All 6 dresses were stuffed into one MediaMonkey bag for shipping. I went to the closest Mandee clothing store in Shirley to return the one dress for another dress I may like. The sales associate and manager had asked if I had the invoice. I showed them my emails and told them I was not given an invoice or any other number besides an Order number. The explained that it wouldn't work and seemed frustrated at the fact I wanted to exchange the dress. The manager contacted another store who claims they'll "try" to find it and send a letter to corporate. The manager of theach Shirley location claims they will contact me when they find out everything. I would NOT RECOMMEND shopping at mandee online!!!! Red flags are everywhere! In your email confirmation it tracks your order but it does not give you vital information if you need to return or exchange it. BEWARE!
