  I have been looking for a reliable, clean and price worthy place to get my hair braided in PK. I had been going to Sally's for many,many years and stopped going because it seemed as if it was always a bother when I would come in for touch ups. I then tried Fatous on Academy St.and every time I went it was a different price. I decided to try one more place and Mamyfa was very professional when I called, accommodated my walk in. told me a price on the phone and that's what I paid when I was done. They were very fast and focused on making sure I was comfortable. This was my last chance b4 traveling back and forth to the city again. I strongly recommend this place!!

  First time going here and fatou hooked me up b4 my vaca to Hawaii. She is personable, attentive and communicative. Shes.great. price is as usual. I got a lot of compliments as well.

  I take my girls to get they hair done all the time. Fatou knows how to deal with them very good. The prices is the best that I seen in Poughkeepsie.

  I go here to get my hair done all the time and I never had a problem with them their prices are reasonable and if they don't know how to do something they will let you know straight up they don't know how to do it I never ran into that problem with them but they're not just going to take your money and do your hair any old type of way when you get out of there you look gorgeous the best African Hair Braiding salon in Poughkeepsie
