::Food is great but the customer service is ridiculous. I called in 2 orders ahead of time before picking them up and the owner’s wife rudely said “next time you need to tell me over the phone if you are paying with 2 separate cards!” A few other times I dined in and she never greets us, hardly looks at us and always has this “what do u want” look on her face, like we are bothering her or something. I’ve been told “that’s just her demeanor” but still. She’s the owner so she could care less....she’s still getting paid. Haven’t been back much for that reason.

::Great little Italian eatery located in Deep Ellum. It is family owed and kind of a dive restaurant but the food is legit and very reasonably priced. We got an order of garlic knots which were so soft they melt in your mouth. I got the meat lovers stromboli which had great flavor and lots of meat and cheese in the middle. Service was good and they have a small patio which is good for people watching down in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good cheap Italian food with great flavor.

::When my friends and I entered the pizza place the owner’s 14 year old daughter sat at the register and did not greet us as we stood there waiting to order. After waiting for so long for someone to acknowledge us we left and stopped one of the delivery guys and told him to find a manager. She walked out with an attitude and stated that her daughter did not know how to place an order. Did not apologize for her attitude but gave one in return. After telling her about the situation she proceeded to have an attitude like her daughter and slammed the door in our face.

::1st visit was very good, courteous staff, flavorful food made from scratch, we had the chicken alfredo, blackened shrimp, house salad, and cheese bread, pricing is good as well. Open late on the weekends, has a covered patio. Open 14 years. It would be cool if they updated the place a bit. Overall good mom and pop spot.

::It smelled delicious inside and the food was just as good. The only thing was that I asked for extra mushrooms on an entree and since it was a to go order, I didn't notice they weren't added until I got home. I'll just make sure to check next time. Looking forward to going back.
