::My sisters and I and our partners all got together and ordered nearly one of everything from the menu so we could all try a bit of each item. It was a great way to experience these new-to-us dishes. We especially liked the poulet mayo, ntaba, and fumbwa stew and of course you can’t go wrong with fried plantains. The fufu was a delicious side that I’ve never tried before but hope to recreate at home since I live out of town and can’t just pop back for more. We will definitely eat here again next time we’re in town.

::Cannot recommend enough. There is something about the food here that gives you that universal feeling of someone invited you over and their mom made you food. Regardless of cuisine and culture that's the kind of love put in food you can taste. Historically I didn't like fufu all that well but there was something different here that made it something I liked. The mayo poulet and samosas truly felt like the most comforting things I could have eaten to bring me back up on a dreary spring day. If you can catch their hours I strongly suggest you do so!
