  I've been a patient of Dr. Malone for a long time. He is very GENTLE!!!!!! He answers all my questions and his staff is very personable and helpful!!!!! Anytime I have needed work done that Dr Malone was not able to take care of, the referrals they have given me were great. Amy , his receptionist helped me to get dental instance after I retired so that I could continue using Dr. Malone. The very best dentist and staff ever, I hope he never retires!!!!!

  I started going to Dr. Malone a few years ago because he accepted my insurance, but I have grown to trust him and when I had to switch insurance companies recently, I hated to change dentists. After one visit to the other dentist, I went back to Dr. Malone. He has very reasonable prices so it's not a hardship for me to pay the costs out of my own pocket. Before I found Dr. Malone, I had some very bad experiences with other dentists so I am grateful to have found a dentist whose integrity has given me confidence in his expertise and professional judgment. I think it would be very hard to find a better dentist anywhere!

  This was my first visit to Dr. Malone's practice and I was very pleased with my discussion to give them a try. Upon walking in, the environment of the office was immediately calm and inviting. Every staff member including Dr. Malone was personable, attentive and accommodating. During my standard cleaning Dr. Malone was very meticulous with his movements and gentle. He doesn't use fancy cutting edge technology in his cleanings but is very proficient in his methods. The only issue I had was figuring out how to make my first appointment. My attempts at simply calling the office were unsuccessful. In addition, finding the website took some detective work. Eventually I ended up stumbling across the patient portal link on their website which is where you can submit your requests. I submitted a link to their website to Google so hopefully that'll make things easier on future prospect patients. In addition, I think creating a "Request an Appointment" option in the website menu would go a long way as well.

  I was referred to Dr. Malone 10-15 years ago by another dentist's office that did not take my insurance at the time. The insurance situation has long since changed, but I drive to him across the county past no telling how many other dentist's offices. He does great work. As with a surgeon, you want a dentist who is meticulous and who has good fine motor skills. Less pain, better "construction." His office assistant is great about replying to e-mail messages, and I suggest strongly that you use that as the means of communication in non-emergency situations.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Malone for fifteen years....he is always professional, and in my opinion is a competent dentist., keeping my teeth in good order, when there is a problem he will talk to the patient about plans, pro and con of how to proceed with any required treatment. Completely informs the patient about the process. He refers patients when necessary to very competent specialists in the community. His office staff is wonderful...Amy keeps his front desk in good order, Cindy keeps the back going...and they both keep the Doctor on track....It is a.well run and esthetically pleasing office. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. MALONE..THE BEST!
