  I almost never write a review for anything, However I'd have to say not only do they have the worst customer service at the cashier, On multiple and seperate ocassions, They seem to close very early and refuse to complete simple requests. There was a time where they refused to make coffee for us late at night and said it was closed, I understood and continued to order something else. However, the next person of a different colored skin was quick to ask for the same thing and they were more than happy to make fresh coffee for them. I don't know if it was a race issue or if they knew the person. I could be wrong, but on the outside, they promote 24 hours via drive through and this is not the case, if it differs, than please change it. There was another incident in which we were left waiting for our order longer than 20 minutes, I understand that it was rush hour, however we went to the counter multiple times to ask and noticed people that came after us go their orders, to which we were given attitude and the Manager at the time was screaming at the person who was on what seemed to be a floor walk. I apologize, I know that my grammar is far from perfect, I am just a frustrated person and question the management of this spot in specific. It doesn't seem like people seem to care who runs behind the cashier considering the low amount of reviews they have. Absolutely terrible service for a job that isn't really that difficult on the surface. Updating my review once more, I called to find out when they closed and a man picked up the phone and with attitude told me they closed at 1AM and they lock the doors at 12:30 AM. However, I had called around 12:15 AM because I had someone outside trying to get a quick order in. If anything, Google needs to be updated to say they close at 1AM and not 4AM. Considering they have a sign on the outside that states they are open 24 hours (drive thru) which is understandable. I'm not trying to be picky but the fact on how it was handled and the fact that i was HUNG UP on is just disgusting as a customer and poorly handled. 5.18.18 It's Gotten better with overall service.

  The Sprite-Berry mix was pure Seltzer and my Quarter Ponder with Cheese, no onions took a while and was messy with ketchup. The cashiers have no personality. On the upsid re they were constantly cleaning.

  Terrible service. Stay away from this McDonald's. I order fries and Sprite in the drive-through around 10pm. My fries were completely unseasoned, room temperature but no salt, nothing. My Sprite was seltzer water. I went back to change the order and the manager easily dismissed me telling me 'there's no Sprite' and walked away. I requested the other options and told them about the unseasoned fries to which they just gave me salt packets for me to salt. I know its McDonalds and I shouldn't expect much for service but just fries and a soda is a very simple order. Its standard to season the fries prior to delivering them to the customer as well as informing them of the limited availabilities. There are so many other McDonalds in that area just take your business elsewhere.

  This place is ok, before it used to suck because of the service but now with the introduction of mobile order it has made things a lot easier. A tip is to use mobile order when it gets really busy because they take it as a priority order and most likely you will be getting your stuff first. Also you get to skip the whole line.

  Would not recommend this place. Some bunch of rude, lazy and unhelpful people work here. I ordered something and later they found out they had not had it. Nobody even cared to apologize for that! They would force you to order at the machine and collect at the counter. I did too and waited for ages for the food to come. They simply don't care.
