  The staff, mainly the managers do not care for customer concerns. I made it aware to a manager that a person on the line making food was not wearing a hairnet or hat. She told me she was and that it was see through so I couldn’t se it. When the same person went to wash her hands I got a closer look and I was right. The manager was more woreied about defending her staff than food quality. This is not the first time at this location and I will not come back

  This location 7944 penn station Newark, Nj needs to be exterminated. They have roches crawling around on there table. And i seen a roach crawling on there coffee machine. Please avoid this location.

  Bagels are mostly dry here. And they have no sense of urgency being at a major public transportation hub. This is where it shows McDonald's doesn't care about it's customers anymore because they have become so big. NEVER MOBILE ORDER here. They don't even check the orders you have to tell them you placed a order online for them to acknowledge it. Horrible!!

  The food is always nice and hot and very tasty! Their smoothies are real good! Customer service is decent to good depending on location. But overall as long as i am in and out with hot food that is all that matters to me.
