  I ordered good last night and I was missing 2 beverages, apple slice. My son was so upset. I'll never order McDonald from Long Beach again, I called no one answered the phone. I son went to bed hungry

  Manager herself was rude and lazy. I waited there for half an hour, watching employees just stand there, for 3 cones..... and when i asked for the food i had already purchased i was met with attitude and dirty looks. All we wanted to do was bring my small children out for a cone and we were forced out, because she refused to just make the cones. Ridiculous!

  Really good with Kids. The people here are extremely patient and always happy. My daughter changed her mind 4 times, after they brought her her burger. Without hesitation, they nice woman who was working the dining area kept bringing out her requests. Speaking of which, I don't usually see a McDonald's with a dedicated host working on the customer side of the counter, helping the lines moving and checking that everyone is happy. It's a nice touch. I also had the good fortune of meeting the owner of this and 8 other local McDonald's restaurants. She was really nice and obviously extremely hands on and involved in her business. You can tell that she loves it, and the quality of the staff reflects that. Me and the kids come here a lot, and we'll be here even more once the weather is nice.

  Always have and always will love MCD's. Fast and friendly. Never wait more than 2 minutes for my order.

  Отличный ассортимент. Вкусно и чисто. Небольшие ошибки персонала. Плохой кофе.
