  Came through drive thru Sunday morning may 20 2018 for senior coffee and sausage muffin. I think this a manager or asst not very people oriented could not say good morning not at all friendly. I hope she wasn't in management needs better people skills. I got coffee never asked if I needed cream or sugar.

  They have their Drive-Thru torn up for remodeling, which is a hassle. I DO like their new Quarter Pounder where they cook the Beef Patty when you order. But I don't like that they ask you to "pull forward" to wait on your Sandwich. The largest fast food company in then world should be able to figure this out.

  Since the new one opened up it's been a little more difficult to get my order right. The manager was polite though

  I waited 30 mins for 2 drink, I just asked for a refund and left. Service is poorly managed, on simple small orders. Only go drive thur, they never get to you inside! When I got the refund no apology for taking so long and not getting anything

  The cleaning person stole my nephew new jacket. This was especially sad since he is disabled and can't defend himself. We received a big run around from the manager on duty. The first manager left without saying a word. She originally told us she would review the camera. The second male manager was extremely rude ,and unprofessional stating "what do you want me to do about it". We will not be going back to that location again. Very disappointed in my experience.
