  I think I found Shangri-La. This has to be the last true American McDonald's there's actual white people and they're mostly white women. They understood every word that I said they were friendly and we communicated. Unlike other McDonald's where there's a language barrier with some, and an air of stupidity on others. Make McDonald's great again.

  Dont eat the stuff much but it was late we were hungry but it was a quick stark reminder as to why we dont step foot in mcdonalds upon walking in the door we stand on line one man in front of us and a maybe 17 18 yr old Male at the counter the man infront of us is still standing to the left of the register and seemed to be gathering his stuff so we waited to be asked to be helped instead the young mcdonalds worker just stood there and stared at us to the point of uncomfort so i spoke up and said dont you want to ask us if u.can help us and still not one word just a creepy odd uncomfortable stare from an adolesecent whom at this point was just being a wise ass we then finally order before inlost my patients with the pure unprofessionalism seeing as it is an101% customer service industry from the first sec in the door to the last sec out the door anyway we ordered run of the mill items all of which. None were ready we then got told as much sonwe took a seat got our meals In peices and again no words spoken from this worker who might havd even been the manager i gotta tell ya we will Never EVER waste our money again on that rediculouse sub par treatment even the most basic human interactions were non existent WAY TO PICK EM MCDONALDS ! U wont ever get our money again and ill b sure to pass this factual story around !! Unreal wadeing river mcndonalds GARBAGE !

  Went today and had a decent order, work in catering so I had to get back to work, I asked if everything was in bag and they said yes, when I got back with food 3 fries that go with meal were not in bag, I went back to store they were rude and dismissive said I should have checked before I left store... isn't that their job to make sure all is good before giving to customer... this is not first time order was wrong either

  Much more modern look. You can choose to have human help or 1 of 4 automated order machines. Not always the cleanest, but decent overall.

  I got the 6 piece chicken strips and they were terrible. Overcooked like leather. Left out in a heat bin and taste like jerky.
