  No respect. I was there 3:40 am the sign on the door said they open at 4 a.m. so I waited to 4:05 a.m. before I proceeded to enter and the door was locked so I went over to the window drive-thru window I knocked on the window and the person act as though they didn't even see me so IL what time do you open she said 6 a.m. oh wow the door says four would I be able to buy a cup of coffee the woman looked at me and said I don't have any brewed but I can see fresh pot of coffee through the window when she made it the sad thing about it is the way some minorities treat minorities a white person would have served me gracefully

  Great staff. Always nice. The only thing i have a big issue with is the management letting the drug addicts, drunks, and homeless loiter in front of the doors and inside the restaurant. Who in the world wants to be begged for a quarter 5 times before getting through the door and 3 times inside the restaurant. Will end up reporting this to franchise division if this isn't fixed by July i swear!

  Cannot go a week without one of my orders being messed up. The food takes forvever for the dmallest of orders. Despite that, the meat is still somehow uncooked. Do not honor coupons that they handed to me. Tried to redeem one, and they purposely gave me the wrong order and told me what I was not on the coupon despite it being written clearly on the coupon if they had read the very next sentence. Instead of reading, they kept arguing me down and telling me I was wrong. Multiple occasions of that. Have to deal with being heckled for spare change by the druug addicted people hanging out in front of the store everyday. If you ignore them, they follow you and ask you. Most of the nice employees have also left. The rest are either neutral, which I do not mind (at leadt thry are not rude) or rude. Unfortunately, the rude ones are the ones I am forced to deal with the most. The real kicker is that food here cost much more than it does in wealthier areas despite this being an urban area. So I am paying more on everything for less of everything. I honestly hate this place, but I like saving money too money to quit. Cannot wait for a Wendy's to open up nearby.

  The night time drive thru is awful .. they take you order and give u the food at the same window so they can have a good score on how fast you get the food. Been in line 30 mins and still have not even order. Feel like I am waiting for lobster

  Any other McDonald's doesn't run out of hash browns and replaces it with small fries. This McDonald's do just that. Orders are always incorrect. No pickles please.. And still get pickles in my Mac. I would've died if I'd not examined it. It never fails. No matter how many times you repeat "No Pickles"!!
