  Pretty busy. The line was pretty long so it was faster to order through the computers. Ordered a chicken salad and you got to be kidding me with the small crumbled pieces of chicken. Looks as if it were the last of the chicken.

  Monday, April 30, 2018. Time: 8:40 AM There were two lines open. After a few seconds the cashier went to help in the back. The person on the open line said: there are two lines, I moved to the line with no cashier, and wait for someone to take my order, and no body comes. I asked : is this line open? No body pay any attention. After waiting 5 minutes, I left the place. In the meantime there was this person (manager) screaming her orders to the customers, like everybody have hearing problems. Not the best customer service. Very poor manners.

  I like this place more compare to other McDonald's, Clean and roomy, friendly staff and really helpful. Restrooms are also pretty clean and well maintained and checked.

  Have to give it a low rating as a McDonald's experience! Very good looking place great location to a busy attraction good staff! But horribly disorganized or understaffed for getting out the volume of customers food in a timely manner. 5 minutes in line 25 minutes to get my food after they have my cash. A little bit crowded no seating upstairs opportunity to sit downstairs was less than satisfactory. Air conditioning was on full blast and the time members of my party waited they were frozen before getting food. Had to leave the establishment for lack of climate comfort. Have had better experiences in this location but will hesitate to visit again!

  Enjoy your crappy, overpriced, sandwich in this seemingly ALWAYS filthy location. Give up McDonald's in New York City; the real estate and regulation just does not work here. "The Founder", Ray Krock, would be spinning in his grave were he to see this, and, clearly, the franchisee could care less about what happens at this venue.
