::Stop pushing online ordering...its not going to work your not Starbucks. Especially when you can't use it through drivetrough which is this only reason I go there. Just stick to the old rewards and I'll come back. Otherwise I'll just keep going to burger king and Wendy's. Also if I ask for extra salt, 2 packets is not enough especially when they're stale, hard and old...step it up. I only go there is to use the app for discounts but lately the discounts only pertain to online ordering and the few others aren't worth it. I realize you're so successful you don't have to worry about my opinion and I'm wasting my time but I also know I'm know I'm not alone. So keep up the preorder promos I'm sure it'll work out great and you won't miss us loyal customers.....

::My fries were cold and needed to be replaced, and I got an eye stare with my request. I said I'm not giving anyone a hard time but I want hot, fresh fries. Said thank you and didn't get a thank you back, let alone an I'm sorry for the cold fries. Poor service... Two employees standing around while a third was taking orders from a line of customers. Oh, and no seating with a plug to charge a phone. That would have been handy as I was running errands all day with an older phone. I thought they wanted you to stay and enjoy your meal there. I'll be going elsewhere next time I'm in the area.
