  Any good reviews for this location are from employees being told to do so by management. This location is dirty. The food is either over or more importantly UNDER cooked! The staff is unhelpful and inept and I hope you like being harassed by people asking you for money while you sit there with your children. The waiting area is basically a homeless shelter. It has a solid track record for violence with police showing up to deal with it. The later in the evening it gets, the more disgusting the food becomes. And the more under the influence of illicit substances the staff becomes. But by all means go and find this all out for yourself.

  I've been to this McDonalds before and had mediocre-at-best experiences. In general, everyone who I have interacted with who works there acts like they hate everyone. On this particular morning, I walked into an empty lobby, and still somehow had wait 5 minutes to order breakfast while everyone walked past me doing other things. I ordered a breakfast combo and paid extra to get it with a hot chocolate. The girl who took my order disappeared without putting my order together. Several people came in after me so another cashier opened up her register. I watched as another woman struggled to put her credit card in the chip reader because it was blocked somehow and wouldn't let her insert the card. When she told the cashier about how it wasn't working and eventually walked out with no food, the cashier was like "Don't get mad because your card doesn't work." Meanwhile, I waited almost 10 minutes before the other cashier noticed me and impatiently asked if I had gotten my food yet. Then the hot chocolate machine was not working. I just left without a drink because there was nothing else I wanted. Overall, not a good experience. The service and atmosphere were both terrible. I know it's a place that's open 24 hours so it can probably be pretty tough on the workers, but they should at least have some level of basic customer service.

  Terrible service. I was waiting over 15 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal. When I asked why they said because it was made fresh!? I thought McDonald's was fast food. None of the workers there seem to care or work at a reasonable speed. The kitchen and restaurant looked dirty. I got my money back and walked to the location on 145th & Broadway. My burger was made fresh and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  I went buy breakfast but first I need it to use the restroom wich according to them, is big NO NO unless a meal was purchase first. I endup leaving the place without buying anything because the line to order was too long. Bought breakfast at a near by place were they were not too strict about leting people use their restroom. Ps. When people behind cash registers are polite and friendly to customers, business flourish.

  They have an active and great costumer service but the place is wild sometimes. Too many high school kids goes there to play around like it would've been the park, they don't understand it is a restaurant.
