  I ordered food for delivery from this location and after 40 minutes after receiving my order after I HAD TO CALL THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER MY FOOD THAT IT WAS TOO LATE... BUT i called 45 minutes before it was too late, and they chose until now to notify me, after all the other nearby alternatives are long closed... Absolutely disgusting. Do not support this location, all they care about are profits and far over cold foods!!! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!! THIS LOCATION IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!

  They are all the same eat at one very well some places the helpful staff depending on the where you go in white plains they tend to think they are doing you favor like if to say I need your business, and this is the biggest problem I don't speak English. Help me most of the workers are older when I was coming up the kids worked there after school and senior have taken all the jobs that meant for high school students. This country's has been invaded and taken over by the new third world countries

  First of all Maria needs to get fired. Eveybody was so rude ...I had one simple question if they were open or not because online it says 2am and she rolled her eyes and walked away.

  I've been coming here for decades and I do see some improvements here and there as years go by. I have nothing negative to say about this place, although nothing extraordinary or above average happens at this location either. The lines can get a bit long sometimes weather Drive-through or within the restaurant, however, it's expected at any McDonald's during peak hours. One thing I deftly get props to at this location is that they have a lot of young people working here yet you don't get the typical adolescent immature behavior as you would in other McDonald's locations run by the same age group.
