  If you need a quick drink don't bother. I went it for a drink to go and waited 15 minutes.

  So they did remodel the place but now whenever you are going to place an order they send you to a machine to place it yourself. Are they kidding me? What's next am I gonna be cooking my order too? I hate McDonald's right now. For real they just lost a customer. I refuse to learn to use these machines that are just taking jobs away from people. Plus they take longer serving the food too. Gave it 1 star to be able to write this review but -1 was what I was really looking for.

  This has to be one of my favorite McDonald's in the Bronx I love the staff and their new makeover looks amazing. I never have to wait long for food but I will sit for hours just to smell the coffee in the morning.

  Great store been going there for years. Tabatha the pm manager is cool but when she’s not there. The other manager “ she needs too chill” negative attitude and yells at staff. This manager needs to moved and learn too be more human. Tabatha should be the only pm manager.

  Nice, courteous staff. I have never had a bad encounter. Always clean or getting cleaned. Best hours to visit are after 7pm when the dinner rush is over. They are very fast so I usually just order take out. Sometimes they screw up your order by leaving something out, so check your bag. They have forgotten whole meals in the past.
