  So I only have a half hour for lunch. I can here today and I was waiting in line for 15 minutes trapped in the drive thru. I was going crazy, like what the heck is going on. Finally a employee said we are having technical difficulties. Waited five more minutes and he said please pull forward and we will start taking orders. More time passes and I finally get up to the window to give them my order. I start to give my order and he says we are only taking cash. Cash!!!! Like What the hell, who carries cash. So they kept people in the line not telling them that they are only excepting cash. Late back to work with no lunch. That is the poorest display of customer service I have ever come across.

  Fast drive thru. Not busy at all. Food was warm. Not hot It was a happy medium visit I guess. 😆

  04/03/2018 Besides a manager yelling at an employee "GO GET THE WATER RIGHT NOW!" And physically putting her hands on him I'm really just mind blown that my burger had a WHOLE HAIR in it and nobody apologized they just gave me another burger like it was ok. And when I tried to tell the manager he was "Busy". This place is horrible even without the loud little kid that eats for free all day because his mother works there.

  Young woman with long braids and yellow polished fingernails was extremely rude. She couldn’t be bothered to open her damn mouth to reply to my greeting of hello or when I said thank you or when I said bye. Don’t under estimate the effect of common courtesy, or lack thereof, on your customers. We have a million other places to eat.
