  They've renovated this McDonalds since I was last here.. Better spacing

  It may have been renovated to look modern and chic, but it's the same McDonald that it always was. The place is rowdy, rife with customers who treat the restaurant as their own living room. Food fights, vomiting, yelling across the room to each other, these were only one of the few things I've experienced here. The worst part is that the staff does nothing to remedy this. They don't organize the people waiting in line, which after there are more than 4 people on it, becomes a mob of "I was here first". They don't clean, as the vomit stayed on the floor for a good 30 minutes. They are slow to serve, an order of a Big Mac and a soda took well over 15 minutes before I got served. And their new order kioks are almost always broken, leaving one person to take orders from what usually resembles a mob. I felt more comfortable taking my food to go, and eating outside at the bus stop.

  Opposite of fast food. Doesn’t matter if you order on the app, kiosk, or at the register. It’s 15 mins minimum for a mcchicken. At least you don’t have to ask for a bathroom key. 95% chance of seeing a mom slap a kid for impatiently waiting. Store seats over 50 but only 6 workers on a dinner shift. Slacking MAJOR.

  It seems crowded and all, but when you order your food, they being it to you in no time with no problem. The workers have a pretty nice attitude and are always laughing and are happy about their jobs. It's a wonderful experience for getting some actually fast fast food.

  First time I had been to this McDonald's on Utica Avenue. I love how it looked inside. It was renovated so nicely. The Service was great. I would go back there again. 😊😊
