::This is the second time I’ve come here after getting off late from work. Always very bad customer service. They never have a full menu and the lady insists we look at the menu of what’s available which cannot find on the screen she is referring to. When we ask the lady which ones are available she insists on telling us to look at the menu, three times!!!! Service is so slow as well. One of the worst drive thrus to go to at night. Never coming back again. I’d rather drive he extra 10 minutes to the closest wendy’s For better customer service.

::O4/12/2O18 Wife and I went in for 2 small mocha frappes. Worst experience at a Mc.Donalds. Worker who takes the orders by the drive thru was very rude, manager expect less I ask myself how does Mc.Donalds decide and take the opportunity to give it to this guy. Im not going back and will tell other friends to never come back. If you want to fight or just in a bad mood this is the place to go and argue with, all staff members have disgusting attitudes. Thank You! Hopefully someone with a bigger position gets to get the situation undercontrol.

::Drive thru late night (midnight) worst server ever. I was rushed with my pregnant wife . Messed up my order. Fries had no salt. Extremely rude manager . Must have been short handed staff wise, but no need to be rude about it and take it on customers! Claims I was holding his (3 car) line and that I was with him for 10 minutes... What kind of McDonald's does this?! Never going back here .

::This review is not about the quality of Mcdonald's food, because you can't expect much from any fast food. However, this review is about the quality of the staff members. In every establishment, there is always 1 or 2 individuals that makes the rest of the team members look bad. And this time, it was the manager and the worker that handled drive-through orders. The kid that handled drive-through orders is probably in high school, and he had an attitude problem. I know it's hard working in an industry that is severely under-paid, and looked down upon, and this particular encounter made me realize why people looked down upon these occupations. The kid that handled drive-through did not even know what foods were available, but placed the orders anyway. He did not even have the courtesy to apologize but took off to take the next order. Thankfully, the manager ended up giving me a refund, but even the manager seemed to be very indifferent about the whole situation. I guess it's a common practice at this establishment. I will be avoiding this place at all cost.
