  the online ordering is a mess. they never have it in there system and when theres an issue they cant fix it at the store

  Giving 3 stars because the food is always good, we ordered from the self order menu, took a number and found a seat. Then we waited for 10 mins, I went to the counter and they said they were working on it(a meal for 2 people). Waited another 10 mins and still no food, was told they accidentally erased our order. You would think they would have someone checking tables that have numbers on them an no food to make sure everything is ok.

  This Macdonalds is on a good location. They offer Dollar menu and bathrooms are clean.

  Everytime without fail the sauce isn't in the bag... even after the manager asks the employee if it's in, she says yes.. it's NOT. IT NEVER IS.

  Clean with a great staff. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Dix Hills, Northport, Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive thru makes ordering easier. Open late. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Children's play area. We will definitely be going back.
