  I ordered a cheeseburger and they didn't put the burger. Didn't discover it until I got home. Would have shared a pic but I threw it away. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard and they give me ranch....smh

  Charging full Soda price for a cup of tap water? Really? Thanks but no thanks. Plenty of McDonalds in the Bayonne/Jersey City area that have never charged me full soda price for a cup of tap water - you guys should seriously reconsider how you treat your customers. I understand a paper cup costs money and I would be fine being charged a cup price or something similar but not full soda price. That's just shameless.

  The ice cream machine is always broken and every time after dark I wana get any frozen drinks they don't make any but yet the employees are drinking frozen drinks lol A year later and still the same thing hardly any late night items from the menu they have on display. And guess what? Ice cream machine still doesn't work lol a joke right.... Ok I asked for apple pies because my friend just walked in and bought apple pies I asked him if they had more and he replied yes so I go thru the drive thru and they told me no... 🤔 I had enough. Sorry but I'm never coming back here again. I rather go to another McDonald's and buy food half a our away where I work and bring them cold than buy here again.

  We frequently goes here with my kids and we always dont feel safe. From several homeless people hanging out at their lobby and rowdy teenagers. The lobby was not always kept clean.
