  I went to this McDonald's right off the Jackie Robinson, in bklyn, through the drive-thru, we gave our order of 2 egg-white delight with sausages, a medium oj, and 2 sausage,egg and cheese McMuffin and a vanilla flavored coffee. One thing about these franchises is that though they follow general rules and training on how to run their business, the owner as a whole still run the restaurant the way they feel is best in saving money, I'm guessing and at the expense of inefficient customer service. An example of what I mean, the egg-white sandwich comes with canadian bacon or sausage, but at this location even if you tell them u want sausage they make with the bacon. Now when you as a customer come back and tell them they got the order wrong, they tell you like every person coming through the drive-thru is supposed to know that they only make their egg-white sandwiches with c/bacon and you have to tell them to substitute it for sausage. REALLY! Then it's words back and forth for nothing and 2 new sandwiches made like it was to much trouble to make. Do people who work in the fast-food industry ever think about how they would like to be served if it was them as the customer? Not Likely, I bet!

  Just wanted some coffee....don't come here around 12am unless you have 15 min to spare in the driveway....horrible.

  Some new Spanish dominant girl working there who obviously has a poor understanding of the English language. I asked for a little milk, one sugar in my iced coffee. She gives me no sugar and very little ice. Then when I ask for more ice she claims I said little ice! There is obviously a language barrier issue! And to top it off she has a terrible attitude about it and offers no apology!

  I hate the food, but we went after the girl's Girl Scout trip. The stars are for the workers. They were awesome. They were helpful and understanding, as we had six kids with us. Thanks for that
