  If I could I would give this location 0 stars . First off I orderd 2 bacon mcdouble and 1 mcchicken. They got it backwards, so i got ripped off like 2 dollars because of price different. Fries has been sitting was not fresh . it took 30 min to get my order which i dont understand because my food was cold They joked around in the back as if people are not waiting. I guess the latin guy cant understand english to well so it was hard for him to take my order . the same person that was moppping i scene her go back to the food area without washing her hands,which was very unsanitary. And to top it all off after warming my food back up at my house it was a female hair in the mcdouble , I threw the hole meal away , I guess hairnets are not involved nomore in fast food . I will no longer go to this location i will keep driving and go to the one off main street and 183 . I hope the owner look at his video camaras to back up my true statement and pay me the 2 dollars they owe me .Even though i threw the whole meal away im not even asking for a full refund .

  I have been staying at the hotel behind this establishment off and on for business, so I tend to come here quite often for a quick bite. Mornings are always the worst part. I have been in a couple of mornings and waited for my food while it sat in a bag behind the counter and other people given their food before mine. Came in this morning and I watched 2 other customers coming back in from drive thru for their orders being wrong...meanwhile I was told they had no biscuits...so I walked out and waited for the guy that was with me to get his food. He comes out 10 minutes later complaining that someone else got his food. I think service should be at its best when the doors open since there are at least 3 managers there and they are the only establishment around open at 5 am....tighten up McDs

  My visit to this location was ok. We use drive up so I could not rate on the cleanest of the restaurant. The staff was ok but no so friendly. I gave the employee my credit card get charged and simply handed it back. My only problem is that I was not told "thanks, pull up to the next window, etc" it felt like a cold hand-off. The pickup area was in timer mold, meaning: you was told to park at one of the pick up spots because the food was not ready. This really was not a problem because my fries was nice and hot.

  First time doors were locked @830, second time 3 days later and the drive speaker guy couldn't get it right 3 times rushed the orders through then window 2 guy was in a full blown panic attack. Didn't know what order it was, what drinks and they were parking every car @904pm to clear the line. Then you got to hope you got the right food cause 4 others are parked waiting. Don't even think your getting ketchup or sauce for your nuggets. But they were quick to get the $20. Why I'm against $15 raises for fast food staff. I did it and if i screwed it up well I'd lose my job.....i know not a big loss cause everyone goes to Mc Donalds
