  Vanilla ice coffee didn't taste like flavored coffee, then they added more flavor and it tasted burnt. When I left I gave it back to the manager and he offered to give me a new one, I refused. The manager offered to give me something else and gave my son a toy.

  Great customer service from staff but manager is rude talks to workers in a disrespectful way. I was waiting for my order and she was talking to workers as if they was her children. Mc Donald's is known for great teen job but this manager looks as if she takes it too far with her workers

  I'm actually very satisfied. This is my first time coming here since they redid the place. Customer service is very good. They also take the food to your table which is something I haven't really seen in a fast food restaurant.

  Hit and miss at this location. Been going here for years now. Today at around 10:40am we went through drive-thru, so lunch menu wasn't up which is fair enough, although other locations have let us order since it's quite close to lunch, right? Fine, but the server would not accommodate our dietary needs (take off the biscuit/bread!) and also she sounded stoned. We ended up going to Five Guys where the service was 10/10 and they don't mind you skipping the buns.

  It's newly renovated, very clean and constantly sanitized and best of all, the business has actual plenty working outlets so you can grab a bite or coffee and still get some work done. It's a huge improvement to the way how the place used to look and feel before. Their free WiFi services are excellent and they have added several automated kiosks to handle peak time service needs. They are well staffed and always have workers around doing things be it checking restrooms every few minutes or keeping garbage can clean. Its location is at a very high traffic area so it does seem to get crowded and sometimes a tad rowdy here during peak times but never really to a point of annoyance. So far, the managers on duty and workers here are pleasant, attentive and never intrusive with no unusual sense of one feeling rushed to eat, moreover, unlike other establishments, I've noticed no apparent signs stating limited seating time that have become a signature symbol of many places to deter derelicts and those unnecessarily loitering the business and causing other patrons discomfort. If they have access control or monitoring of some kind, it's surely not noticeable nor intrusive. How did they manage to do this? I mean, other places have strategically hired clearly visible private security services but I haven't noticed this here, yet. Maybe they have it during certain hours or security were always around but were not necessary and blended in with all the other patrons. Either way, these subtle changes are very welcomed. Oh, location is convenient with good parking spots too.
