  Recently they have remodeled MC Donald’s. Yet, they have made the stupidest decision. There is a double line in the drive thru and yet there is only one window to pay and one window to pick up. The result of this decision is people fighting right before the two lines connect. Not only that but it has created ‘traffic’. What used to take 7 minutes or less,now takes 17 minutes+. It’s absolutely drove me insane.

  Nice people, BUT they need more training, I always have to check twice, because they always forget to put something in the order .

  At the moment the drive through is closed while the restaurant is being remodeled. I went in during a slow time but it took over 30 minutes to get two hamburgers and a drink. There was one cashier working and a line at 2 in the afternoon. So I entered my order on the kiosk. When my order was complete it would not accept payment and froze hard. I couldn’t even cancel my order. So I got in the line, placed my order after a wait. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my hamburgers. There were about 10 customers in the store. Avoid.
