  I have been using and trusting Majestic for over 25 years and they have never disappointed me yet. From cleaning, repairing and padding, their work has always been professional and detail oriented.. 5 stars is not enough. If you look up Howard and Jeff in the Dictionary you would find 5 stars in customer service. thank you

  Just had my rugs cleaned last week. These included a light carpet that covered the stairs and the landing. They were covered with ground in dirt and some stains from spills. I was hoping that they would look a little better, but the team that cleaned these 15 year old rugs made them look close to new. I was so impressed. They even left us little booties to use until the rugs were fully dry. Great Job!

  They made my ivory color, old carpet look like new. Amazing carpet cleaning company. You will love your carpet again.

  I very highly recommend Majestic Rug Cleaning. Repaired and cleaned handmade needlepoint rug which had a bleached stain from pail of spilled water. Not only did he do an unbelievable job cleaning the rug, but also was kind enough to repair yarn damage. Has previously cleaned all carpets and rugs for me over a period of years....Audrey

  I just used Majestic for the first time. They brought back my rugs today. The one from Morocco (4 x 6) looks as bright as when I first bought it four years ago – I didn’t realize how dirty it was until I saw it this morning, clean and beautiful. And the one from Nepal (3 x 5) which I bought in 1987 looks beautiful too. We had it in Long Island for almost 25 years and never needed to clean it other than vacuuming. In the 6 years I have been in NYC I have had it cleaned 3 times by local dry cleaners that sent it out who-knows-where and twice it came back dirtier than when I sent it. It’s a light color and is not what it originally was, but it’s a million times better. So I am a happy customer! They charged $77 for the kilim and $59 for the Tibetan, and their nice young man, Juan, helped me lay them both.
