::Went because our friend raved it was her dad's favorite deli in the city and he stops here every time he's in town. We got chicken salad club sandwiches. They were a little dry and ive had better chicken salad tbh. They have a huge assortment of desserts and pastries, which looked amazing but I didn't try. I would go again and get a different sandwich bc they seemed to have a big variety. Two floors for seating, lots of chips and drinks options as well, clean and well lit. Would return for a different sandwich.

::The guys behind the grill in the morning are a bunch of punks, they give nasty looks to people, rush people along, and screw up orders constantly. 3x for me in a week. they're slow at cooking. not my problem you forgot my sandwich and gave it to someone else you cheap no skill labor moron. Better watch how you talk to people pal. Two punks in the middle grill area in the AM are total dbags. Wanna be tough guys. Update! Get back and find out the moron girl at the counter puts a chocolate next to 2 coffees. Nice going. This is why you have the job you have, and you can't even do that one well. Smh

::Had a sandwich here, it was just above average. Had a lot better but had alot worse too. It is what it is, if you want a quick, alright sandwich on the go in the middle of nyc you can get one. A quick look at the place tells you it's obviously not Michellin starred.

::Tourist-pricing here. The upside is that you can always find a seat upstairs. In fact, even a large group of 20+ could sit together up there.

::Sweet Jesus. The Cheesecake. I would plan a trip back to NY just for the cheesecake. I am a 10 yr veteran pastry chef and I am so in love with this beautiful dessert I was served tonight! So worth it.
