::Cute little bakery/coffee shop/patisserie. I visited for a late lunch. Had a croque misseure with turkey (hope that's spelled not too incorrectly). Very tasty, bread was crisp in spite of the melted cheese on top. Coffee was good. Place could have been a little cleaner, tables were cleared but not wiped down. Mostly quiet, a good place to get some work done. Nowhere near as packed as the other type of coffee place that rhymes with gartucks. Different though, whole loaves and pastries for sale as well as coffee, espresso, and sandwiches and salads.

::Had a good lemon meringue tart (with a few raspberries on top, delicious) and quite good espresso. Service was courteous.

::Just got a small coffee and a small muffin for almost $8. Nothing special. Overpriced.

::A little taste of Paris in the heart of NYC, compete with long lines and menus written in French. The coffee can be decent, but changes day to day. I recommend the Americano over the coffee for a more consistent good experience. I have to knock a star off because it’s so darn expensive. Something advertised as a fruit salad is a few grapes in a plastic cup with blueberries for $4.50. It’s worth about $1.19. The coffee is expensive but more in line with other coffee shops nearby.
