  I work 2 blocks from here and stopped in, waited 25 minutes as they took people coming in after me. I had to ask what they deal was and apparently they were booked up with appointments but didn't bother to say anything to me as I sat there and wasted my lunch hour. No way to treat a possible customers, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Huge disappointment.
