::Terrible terrible experience. I went there for my I-9 form verification and it’s supposed to be a super straightforward and easy process, just scanning some documents. But the staff there were so UNPROFESSIONAL and scanned the wrong thing every time. I was helped by two different staff members there and none of them were able to get it right. I made two trips there for this, and the verification is still unsuccessful now. Really have no idea what to do cuz I’m no longer able to schedule another appointment. I have a strict deadline on this and it caused me sooooo much trouble.

::100 percent great customer service!!! They are always so friendly and helpful ... and they rent U-Haul vans and box trucks too, so, when I need a U-Haul, I always rent from them to avoid the rude people at other places! at other places

::The new owners....now over a year, I think, go out of their way to make any mailing, or UPS needs, easy. In normal times tthey were fast and efficient, and helped make smart decisions on manner of shipping. Since SIP, they are running their location in such a "sterile" manner that it is the only public place I've gone.
