  Needed help at home and called them on the spare of the moment. They sent me a maid within 2 hrs. I must say she was very professional, arrived on time and did an amazing job. I will definitely call them back. 😊👍

  Incredibly rude. Overall, they did a pretty good job. The only hiccup was that they didn't clean the inside of the cabinets and drawers. When I called to ask them about it, they got exceptionally defensive and said it would cost at least $80 for them to wipe down the six or so cabinets and 5 drawers. They insisted that since I didn't specify that the cabinets and drawers needed to be clean, that they weren't obligated to do so. Which isn't that big of a deal; I had asked them to make it ready for the next renters, and while I would consider cleaning the kitchen part of that, they do not. It's a forgiveable difference of opinion, and even after I agreed with it, she still kept arguing with me. Repeatedly interrupted, and after I explicitly said I didn't want to argue, she got even ruder and then hung up. Would not recommend and would never use them again.

  Excellent service! As a writer, director, and actor in theatre it's tough to find the time to really clean my apt other than just keeping it tidy. Nothing better than coming home to a REALLY clean home after a long week! As opposed to some services that only clean superficially and cancel suddenly, Maid on Call is punctual AND always goes the extra mile. Super professional and friendly; great service!
