  I’ve used Maia before and I loved it which was the reason why I went back again to get a Brazilian . Amy was lovely and did a great job but when I got back I realized it wasn’t that great . There was still a lot of fuzz left to be waxed . I also gave her a big tip more like 40% for her service . Saying all that , the salon is lovely . Everyone is greeted well . Lil pricey but it’s worth it . Not in my case anymore 😞

  Edit to add... Love getting a reminder of my appointment by text!!! Big Thumbs Down 👎👎to Maia Salon in Smithtown...I am a new client and now NEVER CLIENT...booked a week ago for a mani/pedi for a special wedding tomorrow. Called me 2 hours before appointment to cancel and NO ONE could do it even after I begged them since I had a wedding.

  Love this place, I have gotten massages, a facial and brazilian waxed here. Fully satisfied each time and love the atmosphere. Wish it was cheaper, but when you go there you understand why

  Love this place and my mom is literally obsessed. We have gotten massages here before and really utilized their spa facilities. The staff is super personal and nice. Would recommend! A little pricey but worth it.
