::Would never deal with them again. Buyer beware. Sold me a vehicle couple of years ago. Ford explorer. Furnished my husband and I with an 'auto check' showing and informed us it had one prior accident. No worries; accidents happen, no further info. Now that I am trying to sell the vehicle I am having MAJOR DIFFICULTIES doing so since ALL CAR FAXES show not only accident (ok.) But airbags were deployed!! To my unknown uninformed astonishment!! This is terribly frowned upon in resale! And we were NEVER INFORMED of this part!!! DECEPTION. Had husband go and TRY to speak with the sales manager to give him the opportunity to make right by the situation and JUST MATCH PAYOFF amount; nothing more!! Gave my husband every rhyme and reason and excuse available.... I have another ford dealer- in butler on route 23 that has no stake in this situation. (I am not even able to purchase another until my other car lease is up!) And to date they have been able to SO FAR resell the car for $1500 less payoff and are STILL working to get me more to hopefully match payoff. If mahwah ford cared for their reputation OR customer satisfaction- or past deception to a consumer no matter how you slice it- would matching $1500 of the shortage from payoff break their Businesses? Answer is NO!! husband left and will never deal with them again!! Do yourself a favor use ford in butler route 23 automall and ask for Jason or Jeff. Honest & helpful. It amazes me- to satisfy a deceived customer- you wouldn't find $1500 to make right by your bad business practices. Smh...

::Went in for service on my Mustang and couldn't be happier. Dave helped me get my AC working no time, and was always happy to update me on the cars status whenever I called. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need service on my car

::I began my search for a Mustang in the winter of 2017 to see what was available (not much-no big surprise). By March I had seen five dealerships, and Mahwah Ford was probably going to be my last. Good thing I visited them! Although they didn't have the car I had my mind set on, Dave S. sensed that I was choosy enough to wait for one to be built custom. He gave me the same deal as one off the lot. Yes, waiting for a car is difficult, but Ford lets you track your car online as it's built. My hat's off to James P. their GM., for making everything go just right. They are true professionals in a very positive sense and I am very pleased to recommend Mahwah Ford! Ask for Dave S. for sure. His 25+ years there says it all! And I'm thrilled with my 2018 Mustang GT!!

::We worked with Lou while trading in my 2015 Ford Escape for a 2018 Ford Escape. He was kind, funny, and informed. He made sure that my husband and I were confident and comfortable with our purchase and everything ran smoothly. Overall the dealership goes out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. I always feel comfortable going into the dealership because I know that I'm receiving the best deal with honest opinions. This is my second car through Mahwah Ford and definitely won't be my last.

::I usually don't write review online. My experience there in the past week was horrible. The guy Kevin who worked with me there is pretty nice but very tough to negotiate. The loaner car service is really good which is the main reason I chose it, however the labor quote they provided to replace my Ford 2011 Taurus brake booster was 7 hrs compared with 3 hrs which I got from Ford Rt-23 in Butler and Mavis in Oakland. After negotiation, they reduced to 5 hrs because they consider the 1 hr diagnostic fee and the towing fee if I need to repair somewhere else. After I finally got my car back, the brake light did not turn off and I had to disconnect the battery before I return back to their shop the second day. After waited for 2 hrs there, they told me that the break switch and one light bulb need to be replaced due to the possible damage on the towing truck. I end up paying another 100 bucks after they did some brake service on my car. Just wanted to share my terrible experience there as a customer and hopefully they could improve in the future. BTW, there is a Mavis store right next to it which I found out when I left. Their labor hourly rate is similar to the dealership, but at least their labor quote is the same as the Ford Rt-23 Dealer!!
