  Excellent Negotiation with the Manager! I sent out a lot of meeting room requests. A sales manager connected with me through emails. We worked things out and made this Deaf Professional’s dream come true. Emails provide the best communication accessibility as it is helpful to write back and forth. Looking forward to continuing to work with this sales manager again!

  Kewl. This is a weekend pit stop for me on my 12 mile jogging route from the LES over to the Queensboro bridge, down Astoria and Greenpoint to the Williamsburg bridge and back to the LES. There's a sidewalk service window where I fuel up with an iced coffee to get me back home. Brilliant! The coffee is very good. Not too bitter, never too fruity. There's ample room to sit inside and relax to some great music the DJ has on at the moment.
