  Traveling in NYC area, my hometown, in a 42 ft American Coach Motorhome and a problem arose while using my onan 10k generator. Onan tech support was ok at reading to me my already read owners manual. Suggested a certified repair shop in Carmel NY, in Putnam County. Mike, the owner, answered the phone and made an appointment for the following day. On that day I try and start the coach but all house and chassis batteries were down. I call Mike and explain my dilemma and he sends out Jason, a homegrown Mahopac kid who just couldn't have been nicer. Long story short, they fixed the short fault code 29, fixed my ignition switch, collar had loosened so it was in the accessory position yet straight up, my bad leaving keys in, fixed a solenoid which should have allowed me to jump from battery to battery bank, coach to generator or vice a versa, found an errant wire which had disconnected for my gray water tank display. The price was better than fair and he made all repairs with fixing existing parts, instead of buying new parts. In this plug and play world to find a repair shop capable of these repairs is totally unique and "boutique". I was treated like Royalty, and picked up my well checked and repaired rig the following day. If you ever find yourself in the Tri state area, make certain to drop by for any type of service or preventive care. Steve C
