  I went to Mae's to look for a formal dress for a wedding in March. I have been to Mae's before while shopping with a friend. I asked for the same sales associate, Annick, who is absolutely wonderful! She helped me find the perfect dress, and believe me, it wasn't an easy job. Annick and Mae were so nice. I found everything I needed, they helped me with accessories, and gave me advice with shoes. They are truly focused on customer service.

  Mae's has been my first stop for special event outfits for years. The selection is outstanding, but what "makes the store" is the over-the-top individualized attention of Mae and her seamstresses. I am quite hard to fit, and Tammy is a wizard at making a piece of clothing fit your measurements perfectly.

  I had been dreading shopping for a mother of the bride dress. I did not want a one of the frumpy outfits that seem to be the norm. Several friends at work told me to "just go to Mae's". It has been their go-to shop for years. I am now a believer. Great staff, great clothes. I will now be telling all my friends, "just go to Mae's". Make it your first stop, and it will be your last.

  This is not a bridal shop. You have to order bridal gowns from a catalog. It needs to be stated clearly so that a Bride does not make a special trip. Other types of formal wear appeared to be lovely.

  Agree w/ Carolyn. This store has what it claims. Mae is the sweet shop owner and can fit anyone. They have every size and a huge selection of dresses, coats, and formal wear. They also have 3 seamstresses on site and will order you a dress from their many designers if it is not in stores. LOVE IT!
